Safety Sales Support Executive

Based Telford Head Office (min. 3 days per week office based)

Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Safety Sales Support Executive to support our Safety Sales and Category teams. This is a fast-paced varied role where youll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations supporting new business wins and delivering excellent internal and external service.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries quickly and professionally
• Chasing outstanding orders with suppliers and internal teams
• Producing accurate month-end reports
• Handling pricing queries and completing pricing checks
• Coordinating product samples (ordering tracking distribution)
• Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new business wins
• Assisting with promotions reporting and presentations
• Updating product content on internal systems and webshop
• Supporting brand activity including managing assets and communicating brand guidelines with suppliers.
• Providing general admin and operational support to the sales team

What Were Looking For

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Confident working across multiple teams
• Experience in admin sales support or similar role (preferred)
