Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Healthcare Assistant who takes pride in delivering compassionate dignified care and values working within a structured and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

You will play an important role within a stable care team supporting elderly residents with their daily living needs while promoting independence comfort and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect

• Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling practices

• Monitoring residents physical and emotional wellbeing

• Accurately maintaining care records and documentation

• Communicating effectively with colleagues and senior staff

• Contributing positively to a professional team culture

This role would suit a Healthcare Assistant who is reliable attentive and committed to maintaining excellent standards of care.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 6 months recent UK care home experience

• Confident supporting elderly residents

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• A professional and dependable approach to work

• Full right to work in the UK
