Summary:
We are looking for a qualified plumber to join our team which deals with communal repairs. Someone with knowledge on block shut downs trace and remedy leaks and working with communal pipework.
Responsibilities:
Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance within communal areas
Undertake block shutdowns safely and effectively
Trace diagnose and remedy leaks within communal systems
Work on communal pipework ensuring compliance with safety standards
Liaise with tenants and stakeholders while delivering a high level of customer service
Ensure all works are completed in line with regulations and best practices
Essentials:
Proven experience in plumbing particularly within communal or social housing settings
Strong knowledge of communal plumbing systems and pipework
Experience in block shutdowns and leak detection/repair
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Please note:
You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
