ETF Business Operations Manager

The ETF Business Operations Manager will have an important role in the development and execution of Robecos ETF business strategy and product range. This is a highly varied role that will require close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Position & Requirements

ETF Operating Model & Infrastructure

• Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of ETF operating model & infrastructure. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to define the required operating model to launch and service ETFs.
• Develop a strong understanding of Robecos operating platform and technology and ensure that the ETF operating model is well integrated into the broader platform.
• Manage operational risks effectively by understanding and mitigating/removing these risks. Assisting the development of control processes for the new capability.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of new processes and procedures.
• Ensure that ETF platform remains compliant and evolves in response to new regulations and client requirements.

• Monitoring of external service providers to ensure all KPIs and SLAs are being achieved

ETF Product Development Management & Governance

• Develop a strong understanding of Robecos product development management and governance processes.

• Develop a strong understanding of Robecos investment capabilities and existing product range competitive positioning and value proposition.

• Undertake market research and monitor industry trends that can inform Robecos ETF product and distribution strategy.
• Contribute to the development of Robecos ETF product and business strategy.

• Work collaboratively with Robeco Product team and stakeholders across the business on new product launches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulatory changes ensuring that the product range is fully compliant and evolves in response to new regulations and client requirements.
• Ensure appropriate governance process is followed for launch of new ETF products utilising Robecos existing governance structure.

• Ensure that new products are delivered on a timely and risk-controlled way. Ensure appropriate stakeholder participation and review to facilitate smooth path to execution.
• Product management of existing range in relation to changes in business strategy regulatory environment and technology.
