base salary 37000 OTE up to 44000

This is a permanent fieldbased role where you start and finish your day from home. Youll work 40 hours across four days a week on shifts between 7am8pm Monday to Sunday. Overtime is available entirely your choice.

What youll be doing:

Youll be the first point of help when drivers break down. Using your mechanical know-how youll:

• Diagnose faults roadside

• Carry out tyre repairs/changes

• Test fit and replace batteries

• Assist customers who have run out of fuel

• Provide reassurance and clear explanations

• Get vehicles moving wherever possible

Youll be equipped with a fully kittedout Green Flag vehicle and the tools you need to do the job safely and effectively.

This role covers an area of - Bristol Bath Weston-super-Mare Yeovil Frome
Warminster Trowbridge Wincanton Shepton Mallet Glastonbury.

What youll need:

Were looking for people with a solid mechanical background and a passion for helping customers.

• Full UK Category B driving licence and age 21 (insurance requirement)

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenance is preferred but not essential. If you have the work experience or have been through an apprenticeship we would also like to hear from you

• Solid experience in the motor repair industry with strong diagnostic skills

• Commitment to safe working practices and up-to-date repair techniques

• Confident working independently with a calm empathetic approach to customers

Experience working alone in the field is desirable but not essential well support you.
