As a Business Manager Associate within the Sustainable Investing & Stewardship (SI&S) team you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and optimizing business performance. You will partner with stakeholders across Asset Management to advance our SI&S agenda and ensure operational this role you will help drive the implementation of key projects maintain robust controls and foster a collaborative team culture. Your contributions will help us deliver on our commitment to responsible investing and stewardship.

Job responsibilities

• Support the SI&S business strategic initiatives and platforms.
• Maintain a strong control environment and act as the primary contact for control partners.
• Partner with the business to define workflows and implement technology and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain and evolve team procedures and support the lifecycle of methodology and business requirements documents.
• Collaborate with external service and infrastructure providers.
• Represent the business in internal and external working groups.
• Understand and support the implementation of key regulatory changes.
• Analyze financial performance including expenses and drive productivity initiatives.
• Provide secretariat support to oversight committees.
