The Role
We are seeking a Business and Digital Productivity Specialist to join us on a 12month fixedterm parttime basis (22.5 hours per week) to lead a focused programme of improvement across digital productivity and governance systems.
This is a senior specialist role with organisational impact rather than taskbased delivery. You will lead the design implementation and embedding of Microsoft 365 Teams and Copilotenabled ways of working strengthening governance assurance decisionmaking information quality and followthrough across our Executive Team Board of Trustees and senior leadership forums.
Working with a high degree of autonomy and professional judgement you will provide expert advice practical solutions and change leadership ensuring improvements are sustainable compliant and aligned to St Lukes strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimisation of digital productivity systems using Microsoft 365 as an integrated ecosystem (Teams SharePoint Outlook Planner Copilot and related tools).
Own and continuously improve governance operating models for Board SMT and trustee subcommittees including agendas papers action tracking decision logs and document repositories.
Design and embed systems that support assurance transparency audit readiness and statutory responsibilities.
Lead and support change at pace moving senior leaders from manual or inconsistent practices to clear standardised and sustainable ways of working.
Design and deliver targeted training coaching templates and digital guidance to build capability and confidence.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion ensuring compliance with GDPR and information governance requirements.
About You
You will bring significant experience of leading digital productivity governance or operational improvements at senior or executive level with the credibility to influence Trustees and Executive Directors.
Essential requirements include:
Proven experience designing and embedding Microsoft 365enabled ways of working in senior or regulated environments.
Experience supporting Boards Trustees or senior leadership teams.
Strong understanding of governance confidentiality information governance and risk management.
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital concepts clearly and practically.
Confidence professionalism and sound judgement when handling sensitive matters.
You will be proactive solutionsfocused and motivated by making a meaningful organisational impact with a commitment to continuous improvement and modern ways of working.
