Job Summary:
As a Lead Software Engineer in Corporate Technology you will play a pivotal role in an agile team dedicated to building secure stable and scalable technology products. You will deliver critical solutions across multiple technical areas supporting our business objectives. Job Responsibilities:

• Execute creative software solutions design development and technical troubleshooting
• Develop secure high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others
• Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors startups and internal teams
• Drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs and technical credentials
• Lead communities of practice to promote new and leading-edge technologies
• Contribute to a team culture of diversity opportunity inclusion and respect

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

• Hands-on experience in system design application development testing and operational stability
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages Java / Spring boot / React
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Skilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g. cloud artificial intelligence machine learning mobile)
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systems
• Practical cloud native experience

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

• Experience with Oracle/Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with Cypress or similar front-end testing tools
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Exposure to cloud technologies
