What were looking for
Venatus is seeking a People & Talent Acquisition Manager to own our Global Recruitment and to support the foundational pillars of the employee journey. This role is designed for anyone who has either in-house Talent experience or external agency recruitment experience that is looking to gain further experience within the generalist People and Culture Space.
We are looking for someone that can attract world class talent and ensure a great onboarding into Venatus. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a key custodian of the Venatus culture.
What youll do
Full Recruitment Management: Lead all phases of recruitment and sourcing to offer negotiation.
Onboarding: Facilitate a high-touch onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the Venatus culture and sets them up for long-term success.
ATS Ownership: Manage and optimise our ATS platform (Ashby).
DE&I Advocacy: Ensure the recruitment process remains unbiased inclusive and fair.
Contract Management: Responsible for the preparation and issuance of employment contracts and necessary HR documentation for new starters globally.
Probation Management: Oversee the probation review process partnering with managers to ensure clear objectives are set and feedback is delivered effectively.
HRIS superuser: Act as an internal expert for our HRIS (Deel) ensuring data integrity and workflow automation.
People Projects: Support the wider business with projects such as employee engagement initiatives policy updates and internal communications.
Offboarding: Manage end-to-end exit process ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees and conducting insightful exit interviews.
What youll need
Experience in recruitment or talent management ideally within the media gaming or tech sectors.
Lifecycle Knowledge: Proven experience managing onboarding and basic HR administrative functions (contracts compliance etc.).
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms.
Consultative Approach: Ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders particularly providing expert advice on candidate selection and interview techniques.
Communication: Exceptional written skills for drafting engaging job adverts internal policies and sensitive employee correspondence.
