Talent / People and Talent
The Talent team builds the future of the company by supporting the business and hiring managers to find the best talent to help Capital on Tap grow. This role will be supporting our Customer Operations department - the heart of Capital on Tap making sure everything runs smoothly for our customers. Whether thats on the frontline with Customer Service or in the background with Fraud and Financial Crime and everything in between. Youll be taking briefs from hiring managers sourcing the very best candidates and provide a great candidate experience along the way.
What Youll Be Doing
- Owning and driving end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including our CRM Job Boards LinkedIn and WTTJ
- Providing a great candidate experience from application to offer
- Using data to inform and advise your hiring managers and iterate processes
- Being a DE&I champion educating hiring managers and helping us attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Keeping our ATS (Greenhouse) up to date and following best practices
- Building strong relationships across the business to understand hiring needs priorities and pain points

Were Looking For
- Experience in an in-house Talent Team
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
- High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
Interview Process
- Stage 1: 30 minute intro call with a Senior Talent Partner
- Stage 2: 60 minute interview including a pre-prepared case study
- Stage 3: 90 minute interview with stakeholders and the People team
