Your New Role...
Werelooking for2Communications Placement Internsto join our Corporate Communicationsand Internal Communicationsteamsfor a 12month placement year.
In theserolesyoullgain handson experience across internal and external communications supporting how we engage our employeesacross Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA)and how we build andenhanceour reputation externally across the UK & Ireland.Youllwork closely with communications professionals to help deliver campaigns eventscontentand communications tools that informengageand inspire both internal and external audiences.

Your Role Accountabilities...
Internal Communications
- Supporting the planning and delivery of internal communications campaignsannouncementsand engagement activityacross EMEA
- Helping manage internal channels and tools such as employee newslettersemailsand internal platforms
- Assistingwith the creation and editing of internal editorial content
- Supporting the delivery of internal events such as town halls leadershipbriefingsand staff engagement sessions
- Helping coordinate information flow across teams to ensure colleagues are informed and aligned
Corporate Communications
- Supporting the Corporate Communications team with daytoday activity across the UK & Ireland
- Assistingwith media and industry news monitoring and coverage tracking
- Helping draft and prepare communications materials such as briefing documentsstatementsand reports
- Supporting communications planning tools including announcement schedules campaigntrackersand event calendars
- Assistingwith the coordination of eventslaunchesand external campaigns
- Supporting the press office with organising requests distributionlistsand media trackers
Wider Team Support
- Building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
- Supporting senior team members with meeting preparationresearchand coordination
- Helping ensure clear communication between internal and external communications teams
Qualifications & Experience...
- You must be a current University student in your 2ndyear of study looking to spend your 3rdyear on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
- Genuine interest in communications media publicrelationsor related disciplines
- Curious about how businesses communicate with employeespartnersand the media
- Well organisedreliableand comfortable managing multiple tasks
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- A team playerwhoshappy to support where needed
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately
The Internship...
- Salary: 27000
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Start Date: July 2026
- You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
