What Youll Be Doing

A role designed for engineers who love variety collaboration and technical depth.

You will

• Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
• Produce highquality drawings reports calculations and schedules
• Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
• Work closely with project managers engineers JV partners and clients
• Review bids subcontractor designs and provide onsite technical support
• Mentor junior team members and help shape our future talent
• Oversee budgets schedules and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes

What Youll Bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in water wastewater or related industries
• Knowledge of treatment processes equipment selection and design principles
• Familiarity with CDM procurement and document control
• Strong communication teamwork and digital skills
• A proactive adaptable problemsolving mindset

Desirable Extras

• Professional qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Passion for continuous improvement and progression
