What Youll Be Doing
A role designed for engineers who love variety collaboration and technical depth.
You will
- Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
- Produce highquality drawings reports calculations and schedules
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
- Work closely with project managers engineers JV partners and clients
- Review bids subcontractor designs and provide onsite technical support
- Mentor junior team members and help shape our future talent
- Oversee budgets schedules and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
What Youll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in water wastewater or related industries
- Knowledge of treatment processes equipment selection and design principles
- Familiarity with CDM procurement and document control
- Strong communication teamwork and digital skills
- A proactive adaptable problemsolving mindset
Desirable Extras
- Professional qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Passion for continuous improvement and progression
