Job Summary

Your role and responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers and targeted development of existing business relationships
  • Identification of market potential and development of concrete sales opportunities
  • Management of the entire sales process through to successful closing
  • Conducting contract negotiations and preparing reliable forecasts
  • Independent management of the sales pipeline and sales activities
  • Professional customer support in close coordination with internal interfaces
  • Collaboration with Customer Service Marketing Product Management Application Engineering and R&D
  • Representation of the company at customer meetings trade fairs and industry events

Your profile and qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Sales Business Administration or a comparable commercial field
  • Several years of sales experience with a proven track record in developing customers and markets
  • Proven B2B sales experience in technically demanding products ideally in the plastics packaging or film industry
  • Strong background in key account management pipeline development forecasting and opportunity management
  • Excellent negotiation skills strong customer focus and a clear understanding of sustainable business solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured proactive and analytical approach to work
  • Confident in using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the sales region; valid drivers license required
