Job Summary
Role: EPR Compliance Specialist
Location: Frankfurt (hybrid)
Salary: from 30000 DOE
The EPR Compliance Specialist ensures EPR filings and reporting are correctly processed provides EPR advice to customers guarantees a good customer experience and builds trust with authorities.
In this role you will be responsible the timely and accurate execution of periodic filing and reporting for multiple EPR categories.

Ensure correct and timely EPR filing and reporting for multiple categories and countries
Managing clients accounts in co-ordination with the Finance team
Notifying clients when the account is due for payment and chasing them when the account is overdue. Inform clients of potential EPR penalties within all Countries.
Handle change requests and complaints from clients and authorities/PROs
Train support and develop new members of the team.
Collaborate with the team in a positive manner.
Execute projects to drive continuous improvement and introduce automation
Provide EPR advisory services against the highest standard
If required travel to events / training.
EPR Compliance Specialist the person
2 years in compliance reporting admin or regulatory tasks.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Works well in a small team as well as independently.
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
