Your Tasks

  • Operate monitor and optimize crystal growth systems under high-temperature and/or high-pressure conditions
  • Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement automation process control and data handling solutions using various programming languages
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure stable operations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to improve system performance and scalability
  • Contribute to documentation standardization and knowledge sharing across the organization

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering Physics Materials Science or a related technical field
  • Experience working with high-temperature and/or high-pressure systems
  • Knowledge of crystal growth processes or operation of complex technical equipment
  • Programming skills in multiple languages (e.g. for automation process control or data analysis)
  • Experience with Siemens PLC (SPS) is a plus
  • Strong hands-on mentality and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
