Job Summary
The outpatient nursing service supports people in need of care and assistance in their familiar home environment. We offer our clients a wide range of services: basic and medical care support servicesand household assistance.
For our new location we are looking for a motivated nursing professional to help build our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing care for elderly and ill individuals in their homes
- Planning and monitoring the entire nursing process
- Maintaining nursing documentation
- Independently performing nursing and medical tasks
- Contributing to the development and adherence to quality and care standards
What We Expect
- Completed nursing qualification (m/f/d) - European Union
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Respectful interaction with elderly and ill individuals
- Knowledge of the rights of those entrusted to us and commitment to their protection
- Team spirit reliability and resilience
- Drivers license (car)
