We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with fluent German (C1/C2) to grow our presence in the DACH market. This role is based in Kraków Poland in a hybrid setup. Relocation support is available for EU-based candidates.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German-speaking market (Germany Austria Switzerland)
Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet revenue targets
Track pipeline activity and report on KPIs using CRM tools
Requirements
German C1 or C2 level written and spoken required
English proficiency working level
Proven experience in business development B2B sales or account management
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable working in a multicultural fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in the DACH market
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
Additional European language
