What youll do

HR Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation collection background checks role profiles labour contracts and termination orders ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations

• Help manage employment and change letters maintain accurate employee records and assist with employee queries

• Assist in administering employee benefits programmes and coordinating with external partners

• Contribute to HR reporting data analytics and dashboard preparation

• Support performance review processes including setup tracking progress and ensuring timely completion

Office Administration

• Help keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently and organised

• Manage office supplies and inventory including ordering and receiving deliveries

• Coordinate business travel accommodation and transfers

• Assist with planning and organising team events

What you need to have

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

• Some prior experience in HR administration (internship or working student role counts)

• A basic understanding of labour law and HR best practices

• Highly organised detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people

• Self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
