Job Summary

The position is initially limited to 18 months.

  • Advising leaders on labor law personnel and organizational matters
  • Promoting engagement alignment and cultural development in the teams you support
  • Coaching leaders on people leadership topics such as change management feedback performance and team effectiveness
  • Managing the annual performance and compensation review process including facilitating calibration meetings
  • Analyzing the teams you support using HR data and business metrics
  • Supporting cost center headcount and budget planning in collaboration with People Analytics
  • Contributing to compensation reviews benchmarking and the development of salary and benefit structures

Qualifications :

  • Completed degree in business administration psychology or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering with strong expertise in strategic leadership advisory
  • Proven experience in guiding and implementing change processes and sustainably embedding organizational transformations
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and experience handling labor law issues
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong hands-on mentality with structured process- and solution-oriented thinking
  • Independent structured and results-driven working style
