Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams für den Einsatzort München bei einem Automotive OEM Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Certified Optima Solutions Professional (m/ w/ d).

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Kundenbetreuung & Problemlösung: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen Reklamationen und Eskalationen sowie Sicherstellung einer schnellen und professionellen Lösung.
• Projektmanagement SecureLaunch: Steuerung von Projektaktivitäten am Standort inkl. Dokumentation gemäß Unternehmensrichtlinien.
• Bedarfsplanung & Bestandsmanagement: Prognose des Materialbedarfs Koordination von Lieferungen und aktive Teilnahme am SIOP-Prozess.
• CRM-Datenpflege: Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität für Kundenbindung und Geschäftsentwicklung.
• Produkt- & Anwendungsexpertise: Aufbau von Fachwissen in mehreren Technologieebenen und mindestens einer Kernanwendung (z. B. Lackierung Klebstoffe Batteriebeschichtungen).
• Training & Schulungen: Vorbereitung und Durchführung kleiner Produktschulungen für Kunden oder interne Teams.
• Reporting & KPI-Tracking: Erstellung von Berichten und Nachverfolgung relevanter Kennzahlen in digitalen Tools.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice Projektmanagement oder in der Automobilbranche von Vorteil.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und digitalen Tools; Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen wünschenswert.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung.
• Analytisches Denken und Fähigkeit komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
• Teamfähigkeit Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
