Responsibilities
You work deep inside the hiring funnel and systematically automate everything that doesnt need a human. Youre as excited about great hiring as you are about great systems.
Engineer the Process: You treat repetitive tasks as bugs and shipping automations as the fix. You map the hiring funnel find what breaks and build workflows in n8n or similar tools that hold up under real volume.
Go Hands-On to Understand: You work inside the pipeline daily - Screening coordinating following up. Because you cant automate what you dont understand.
Make the Data Reliable: You instrument tracking so the pipeline is always clean current and trustworthy. Good automation starts with good data - you treat it that way.
Requirements
Must Have
Genuine interest in people hiring and what makes great talent - this isnt just an automation project for you
Hands-on experience with n8n Make Zapier or equivalent - youve shipped real workflows
Practical AI experience - LLMs agents or prompt engineering in an actual project
Exceptionally organised with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
Low ego - operational work doesnt feel beneath you
Sharp written and spoken English
Based in Berlin (in-person role)
Available for 4-6 months
Nice to Have
Background in recruiting HR ops or coordination
Exposure to ATS tools (Ashby Greenhouse or similar)
German is a plus
