Do you love challenges As Project / Delivery Assurance Manager for SAP and ServiceNow Projects and Managed Services you will be responsible for: Conducting risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed. Providing feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations. Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing Back to Green action plans including internal management reporting. Managingcustomer escalations:leading top management customer escalations supporting executive management in the de-escalation process addressing root causes and restoring customer confidence. Defining the necessary quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow projects and services to ensure quality speed and profitability |
Convince us with your potential! Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field Several years of work experience in Delivery Assurance Project and/or Services Management proves your: Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments Delivery assurance skills supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma) Strong project/service management and leadership abilities Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders Commitment to continuous improvement attention to detail and adaptability under pressure Knowledge of IT standards and regulations (ISO 9001 CMMI GDPR) Proficiency in written and spoken English and German |
