Was Sie tun werden

• Verantwortung für die eigenständige End2End Organisation von Events. Von der Beratung über Angebot Vertragsmanagement bis zur Umsetzung und der Endabrechnung
• Erbringen von herausragendem Service einschließlich Recherche kreativer Veranstaltungsvorschläge Budgetplanung- und Kontrolle
• Verhandlung mit Lieferanten Koordination und Controlling von Schnittstellen
• Verwaltung aller Projektdaten mit Hilfe eines Meeting Management Tools (z.B. Cvent)
• Teilnehmer Management Website-Steuerung und ggf. Veranstaltungsbetreuung vor Ort

Was Wir Uns WUnschen:

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Humor in allen Lebens-(Projekt-)lagen
• selbstsicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Belastbarkeit und gute Nerven
• Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und gutes Zeitmanagement
• Begabung zum Arbeiten mit modernen Softwarelösungen incl. Event Management Tools
• Professionalität im Umgang mit allen MS Office Lösungen

• Pro-aktives Handeln und vorausschauende Planung im Projektmanagement
• Kenntnisse der Pharmabranche von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung

• Ein echtes Plus: gutes Englisch
• Ein echtes Muss: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen
