Dear Support Engineers
We are currently looking for several SAP BTP L3 Support Engineers for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in SAP support ideally in Level 3 support or similar technical support functions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP including platform services troubleshooting and operational support.
- Ability to handle L3 incident and problem management including root cause analysis and coordination of issue resolution.
- Experience in technical leadership and working with internal teams stakeholders and service owners.
- Familiarity with support processes escalations and maintaining stable operations in enterprise SAP environments.
- Experience in SAP support ideally in Level 3 support or similar technical support functions.
