Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade scalable applications Core and Angular. This role requires a highly self-driven professional capable of operating in complex environments driving architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and long-term technology strategy. The candidate will play a key role in modernizing systems and incorporating AI-driven development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect design and deliver large-scale high-availability enterprise applications
• Establish and enforce engineering standards governance and best practices
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders product teams and solution architects
• Drive performance scalability security and reliability across systems
• Evaluate and integrate modern development approaches including AI-assisted coding and automation

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience Core and Angular within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture distributed systems and RESTful APIs
• Proven experience with complex data architectures (SQL/NoSQL)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably Azure
• Deep understanding of system design scalability and performance optimization
• Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and enterprise AI adoption strategies
  
• Familiarity with coding agents and AI-assisted development workflows
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering for enterprise use cases
