Job Summary

Role Overview
The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for performing daily weekly and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions between internal systems and external sources. The role ensures accuracy identifies discrepancies and supports resolution efforts in alignment with client SLAs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bank ledger and transactional reconciliations across multiple accounts and platforms
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for all reconciliations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve open items
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific financial policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and summaries for management review
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of reconciliation experience preferably in a BPO or shared services environment
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle SAP or NetSuite is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication skills for client interaction

  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Familiarity with banking systems and financial platforms
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Location: Paragon City Lahore (Onsite Role)
Timings : 7PM - 4AM
