Your work profile

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes rules and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning and execution including clarifying test scenarios expected outcomes and sign-off criteria.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

1. Lead Data Integration Strategy
2. Define and drive enterprise data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator across multiple systems.
3. End-to-End Data Warehouse Management
4. Oversee design development and maintenance of data warehouse and ETL pipelines.
5. PL/SQL Development & Optimization
6. Provide leadership in writing tuning and optimizing complex PL/SQL procedures functions and packages.
7. OBIEE Reporting & Analytics
8. Lead development of dashboards reports and analytics solutions using Oracle BI (OBIEE).
9. Architecture & Solution Design
10. Design scalable high-performance data architectures aligned with business and reporting needs.
11. Team Leadership & Delivery Management
12. Manage and mentor teams of ETL developers DBAs and BI analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
13. Stakeholder Collaboration
14. Work closely with business users and leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions.
15. Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
16. Identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements in ETL jobs SQL queries and BI reports.
17. Governance & Data Quality
18. Ensure data accuracy consistency security and compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
19. Production Support & Continuous Improvement
20. Oversee incident management provide L2/L3 support and drive automation and process improvements.
