Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week
What you will do (responsabilities):
- Own and optimize the performance of Chevrolet brand websites across GMSA ensuring stability speed and availability across markets and devices.
- Monitor and drive key KPIs including traffic High Value Behaviors (HVBs) leads conversion and digital sales contribution by country and model.
- Lead regional SEO strategy and drive LLMO / Generative Engine Optimization ensuring Chevrolet visibility in AIdriven search and assistants (e.g. ChatGPT Gemini).
- Define track and optimize High Value Behaviors (configurator finance tools test drive RAQ WhatsApp marketplace) across digital journeys.
- Improve endtoend funnels (visit HVB lead sale) through UX optimization A/B testing and conversion initiatives.
- Partner with Media CRM Sales and Dealer teams to improve lead quality attribution and leadtosale conversion.
- Provide actionable feedback on media and channel performance to improve ROAS cost per lead and cost per sale.
- Lead continuous UX/UI improvements with a mobilefirst mindset identifying friction points and prioritizing experiments.
- Translate business volume and market share objectives into clear digital goals by country and nameplate.
- Build standardized dashboards lead performance reviews and share best practices across markets and stakeholders.
Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
- Large experience in website performance digital performance analytics CRO or SEO (mandatory)
- Handson experience with Adobe platforms and Salesforce (mandatory)
- Experience with large advertisers ecommerce or automotive is a plus
- Strong background in web analytics BI tools SEO and A/B testing
- Solid understanding of performance media KPIs and digital sales funnels
- Businessdriven analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Curious testandlearn profile comfortable in an AIdriven environment
