Business Analyst (Integrations & Carriers)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in integrations and telecom carrier domains. The role focuses on UC/CCaaS platforms carrier integrations and communication services ensuring seamless connectivity data flow and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements related to integrations and carrier services
• Analyze and support UC/CCaaS platforms carrier connections and messaging flows
• Act as a bridge between business IT and integration teams ensuring clear communication across all parties
• Support integrations involving carrier APIs SIP/BYOC and connector frameworks
• Analyze existing integration processes and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical constraints
• Contribute to project planning tracking and delivery coordination
• Develop test plans support UAT and validate integration scenarios
• Prepare and maintain documentation (requirements process flows integration specs reports)

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Understanding of UC/CCaaS platforms and communication ecosystems
• Basic knowledge of SIP protocols carrier integrations and APIs
• Exposure to Microsoft Teams Graph API or PowerShell is a plus
• Understanding of SBC (Session Border Controller) operations and fraud detection concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with requirements gathering documentation and process analysis
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
