Job Summary
Job Description:
- Active member of the PDT (Product Development Team) in the project phase;
- Propose and support the team with technical product modifications and improvements to the suppliers production line;
- Following technical modification (PDCT) and capitalization;
- Prepare management report of follow-up of activities in the Hearing Meeting;
- Construction of the synthesis of GTC (gap to C.O.S.T.) reporting the main offenders;
- Transversality work with the NCO team and stakeholders;
- Assuring filling Hearing Meeting and preparation model change construction to explain gaps between project phases;
- Assuring estimation coherence and updating Project phase file/BOM;
- Participation in Hearing Meeting and update after;
- Assuring data and opportunities capitalizations;
- Preparing tentative budget / OPP generation / check GAP a COST;
- Participation in ARC follow-up and assuring feedback;
- Support in profitability studies (EDR);
- Risk analysis of macroeconomic variables;
- Request and analyze part cost breakdown and confirm breakdown data on technical visits to the supplier in order to calculate an objective price for the part. After this calculation creates an argument list to help the purchasing department reduce the cost of parts. (COST);
- Creation of an objective cost study for the part during the initial phase of the projects (Bottom-up);
- Analysis of supplier quotes during the project phase (SQA);
- Pilot and perform comparative cost studies of Nissan parts and Benchmarking with concurrence;
- Develop tools for a variety of components automotive (electrical stamping plastics assembly testing engineering development etc.).
- Request and analysis development costs and compare with the target;
Knowledge/Skills:
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Cost basics and product / process optimization.
- Advanced of costs and financial knowledge.
- Organized with data.
- Soft Skills: logical reasoning dynamism transversality assertive communication organization critical analysis financial knowledge priority setting.
Software Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office user-level advanced to prepare reports graphs and presentations.
- Schedule SW such as MS projects.
- Experience with Excel.
Experience:
- Long-term experience in Product Development projects.
- Experience in automaker companies.
- Experience with Cost Analysis.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering related areas.
Languages:
- Mandatory: Fluent English.
- Desirable: Spanish.
Work type:
- Hybrid (4x1).

Travel:
- Availability according to the sector needs.
- Full time availability 8am to 5pm
