Job Summary
Responsável por:
Atuar na área de Recursos Humanos desenvolver e implementar projetos e programas de recursos humanos alinhando a visão estratégica aos objetivos da empresa/unidade.
Liderar processos de recrutamento e seleção de profissionais internos e/ou externos;
Monitorar e fornecer indicadores de RH (KPIs) para apoiar a gestão;
Monitorar e promover ações de mitigação em aspectos relacionados aos indicadores de treinamento.
Ser proativo no desenvolvimento planejamento e implementação de programas de engajamento.
Disponibilidade para assumir outras atividades relacionadas inerentes à função de RH.
Deve ter:
Comunicação adaptada a diferentes níveis hierárquicos
Boa capacidade de relacionamento
Aprendizado rápido
Senso de responsabilidade
Compromisso com responsabilidades: qualidade e prazos
Requisitos:
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência na função de RH;
MBA em Gestão de Pessoas é desejável
* Microsoft Office
* Inglês avançado a fluente
