Support Sales team development across the full sales cycle.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
35 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Experience in SaaS or ERP systems
Strong exposure to HR practices and employee development
Preferred Certifications
Certified in Training of Trainers (ToT)
