Sushi Chef Kuro Restaurant Riyadh
Responsible for preparing and presenting a wide variety of sushi and sashimi dishes at a high-end restaurant ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Tasks include selecting fresh ingredients daily and preparing them with precision to guarantee optimal taste and consistency while strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage and organize the sushi station efficiently ensuring readiness during peak hours. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain speed and quality of service contributing to an exceptional dining experience that reflects the restaurants premium standards.
Participate in menu development by creating new dishes and refining presentation techniques to align with upscale restaurant expectations. Additionally mentor and train junior chefs sharing expertise to maintain a consistently professional and high-quality team environment.
