Hatchery Services Associate Specialist

Job Description

As A Hatchery Services Associate Specialist covering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you will be responsible to perform hatchery services support for our customers. You will work closely with the national poultry team to ensure alignment with country objectives.

You will also be responsible to perform regular value-added hatchery audit solving any issue related to hatchery business in term of devices and perform regular training for the hatchery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing effective Hatchery business support through tasks for selected stakeholders in particular Hatchery services and consultancy including hatchery devices management and installations.
• Responsible for performing effective hatchery audits and solving any problems related to hatchery business.
• Facilitate the process for the key stakeholder throughout updating hatcheries data and monitoring changes in their needs and amending the services according to customer needs.
• Make the needed analysis on updated hatchery data and advise on relevant solutions and optimization Hatchery business resources.
• Branding hatchery services packages within the country.
• Managing and implanting vaccine application procedures SOPS that meeting and exceeding our company standers.
• Continual training of hatchery staffs for hatchery vaccines handing and applications.
• Regular visiting to selected key accounts and customers.
• Selecting and evaluating relevant Hatchery devices and managing the process of delivery Installation and periodical maintenance based on ROI formula.
• Liaise with the poultry team to achieve the hatchery business plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Engineering or Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
• Has minimum 3 years hatchery experience on performing Hatchery audit Vaccine handling storages and application Monitoring.
• Has updated hatchery vaccine technologies and Hatchery branding.
• Has very strong knowledge on bases of devices and able to Adjust install and maintain the hatchery devices
• Strong communication cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel (can be 70%).
• Ethics and integrity awareness of compliance requirements and maintaining confidentiality as normal way of working.
