Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with deep expertise technologies to lead the design development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role will be responsible for driving technical strategy mentoring development teams and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. The Technical Lead will play a key role in solutions with platforms such as Dynamics 365 Azure Services and other enterprise systems while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects business analysts and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and align with technical standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery -based solutions ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
• Define and enforce coding standards architectural guidelines and best practices across development teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Guide the integration applications with Dynamics 365 Azure Functions and Web Jobs and other enterprise platforms.
• Mentor and coach developers conduct code reviews and support skill development across the team.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline setup automated testing and deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in C# Core Entity Framework and RESTful API development.
• Strong experience with Azure services including Azure Functions Logic Apps Azure DevOps and cloud-native design.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex software projects on time and within scope.
• Deep understanding of software architecture design patterns and enterprise integration strategies.
• Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization of database queries.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality scalability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applications with Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of enterprise DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in manufacturing or dealer network domains is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform tools (Power BI Power Automate).
