Operation Head

Job Title : Operation Manager
Reports To: CBO / Director
Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Position Summary

The Operations Head is responsible for driving overall efficiency productivity and profitability across Production Maintenance Engineering Project Management and PPC. This role ensures seamless operations cost optimization quality adherence and strategic growth by aligning business goals with manufacturing.

1. Production & Manufacturing Operations:

• Develop and implement production strategies to achieve efficiency quality and cost targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower machinery materials).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards.

2. Maintenance:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Optimize plant Machinery and equipment availability.
• Implementation predictive maintenance and automation.
• Manage budgets for spare parts repairs and overall asset management.

3. Engineering & Technical Excellence:

• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure efficient use of plant layouts utilities and automation solutions.

4. Project Management:

• Responsible for project planning scheduling estimation tender evaluation and cost forecasting for large-scale construction EPC mechanical erection heavy industrial equipment and civil/structural projects.

5. Production Planning & Control (PPC):

• Develop and monitor production plans schedules and inventory management.
• Work closely with supply chain procurement and sales teams for demand planning.
• Ensure on-time delivery and minimal production bottlenecks.
• Optimize inventory levels and material flow for cost-effective production.

6. Engineering (Design):

• Work closely with Engineering Team to achieve functional and organisation Objectives.
• To work with Engineering Manager to ensure Design accuracy and Quality
• Team Productivity and skill development
• To work on collaboration between Engineering Project and Production teams
