As a Maintenance Executive you will be a key member of the Operations department. The primary focus is ensuring the safety reliability and optimal functioning of the vehicle fleet and facilities. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor or City Maintenance Manager.

Your daily activities will involve technical oversight financial monitoring and vendor management:

• Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate and audit mechanical electrical and preventative repairs.

• Supplier Management: Scrutinize quotes for optimal pricing authorize repairs and maintain relationships with repair outlets to maximize fleet uptime.

• Cost Control: Monitor repair expenses (parts and labor) against the maintenance fund and negotiate goodwill claims with OEMs.

• Insurance & Claims: Process and report on insurance claims deciding between direct repairs and insurance claims to minimize vehicle downtime.

• Operations Coordination: Manage on-road support teams coordinate with towing services/RSA and monitor vehicles that have been in the workshop for extended periods.

Moove is looking for a candidate with a blend of technical hands-on experience and strong organizational skills:

• Minimum Education: High School Certificate.

• Preferred Education: Associates or Technical degree in Motor Mechanics.

• Industry Experience: 1 2 years of fleet maintenance experience is preferred. Hands-on fleet industry experience is mandatory.

• Technical: Competence in motor mechanics.

• Soft Skills: Strong customer service high attention to detail and organizational proficiency.

• Digital: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and web-based applications.

Success in this role is measured by:

• Timely completion of fleet inspections and report generation.

• Accuracy in repair projections for components like tires suspension and electricals.

• Effective data collation and timely resolution of repair complaints.

• Daily updates on insurance claims and workshop status.
