Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing coding and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.- Familiarity with integration of software solutions across diverse platforms.- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
