Job Summary

Deploy patch on servers bundle (OS DB Middleware )
Patch list management (update creation)
Server health checks troubleshooting
Adhoc report/dashboard
Enhanced tag management
Responsible for managing action and future requests including automation(playbook)
Lead advance trouble shooting and root cause analysis for Tanium incidents
Drive improvements in performance and compliance
Participate in change management risk assessment and stakeholder communication
Maintain technical documentation and runbooks in alignment with compliant standards
Manage and prioritize the future or upcoming request
