Job Summary
| Req ID: Title: Engineer Location: MUMBAI Role Descriptions: Should have strong experience of Nagios Core and PRTG Network monitoring tools. Should have good understanding of Monitoring process and tools. Ability to configure overall infrastructure monitoring including Servers Network components Application URLs and Net Botz in configuring alerts on UPS and NetBotz to upgrademigrate Nagios core and PRTG application to newer version or on new system. Experience in integration (automation) of monitoring tools with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).Create reports and dashboards to provide insight into system services performance and availability. Participation in continuous monitoring improvement by making technical contributions and providing architectural recommendations. Develop and maintain monitoring documentation including knowledge articles standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with other teams to propose solutionstooling to meet their expectations. Excellent written verbal communication and organizational to work in 247 environment. Strong attention to detail work ethic and interpersonal skills. Follow qualitysecurity process defined for the engagement.
