Job Summary
| Location: BangaloreKA Role Descriptions: Configure maintain and optimize ServiceNow Asset Management / ITAM modules (e.g. Hardware Asset Management Software Asset Management CMDB integration).Define document and support asset lifecycle processes (request procurement receipt deployment transfer return disposal).Maintain asset data standards naming conventions and relationships between assets and CIs in the day to day asset tracking: creation updates transfers stockroom management and asset data from discovery tools and other sources (e.g. SCCM Intune JAMF vendor data).Support software/license management: maintain entitlements monitor consumption and assist with compliance and and maintain dashboards and reports for inventory lifecycle status compliance and and implement process improvements and automation within and maintain documentation SOPs and user guides; provide training and support to process owners and with audit activities ensuring asset processes align with security compliance and regulatory requirements. Essential Skills: The ServiceNow Asset Management Specialist is responsible for configuring operating and improving Asset Management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures IT hardware and software assets are accurately tracked throughout their lifecycle supporting cost optimization compliance and operational efficiency. The specialist collaborates closely with IT Procurement Finance and Security to maintain a reliable asset repository and streamlined processes.
