Job Description:
- Sr. SAP Functional Consultant who is experienced in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
- This role will span across SAP offerings for Advisory S/4HANA.
- The candidate will collaborate with technical teams and clients to determine optimal solutions owning the process of delivery from design to implementation and support tasks.
- Expertise in General Ledger Accounting (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Asset Accounting (AA) and Banking in FI in both classic and New GL concept.
Core Responsiblities:
- Design scalable performance optimal and re-usable solution to meet specific business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications configuration testing and documentation
- Config custom changes based on business requirement Perform Proof-of-concept and prototyping activities whenever required
- Finalize business process design identify custom changes required and collaborate with development team
- Active participation in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues
- Willing to share functional knowledge and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within team from time-to-time
- Provide knowledge transfer to Production Support team after project go-live
- Need to be prepared to offer functional expertise to Production Support team for any urgent production issue
- Experience with integration with other SAP modules and also third party systems plan and test end to end scenarios by coordinating with various stakeholders
Job Specific
- Understand business requirements and then transform them into a Business Process in SAP.
- Develop high level Business solution design for implementation based on the requirement gathered
- Lead the functional deliverables in terms of fit-gap analysis changes that can be set to standard and support in configure the system to meet customer requirement in standard SAP Solution
- Support development team to complete WRICEF based on the gaps identified
- Work closely with onsite and offshore team during design and implementation.
- Work with SAP through service market place in articulating product gaps & issues in SAP.
- Work with Project teams to develop and resolve SAP Functional issues.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks in the systems and come up with optimal solutions with support from development team
- Learn new SAP Technologies as they are implemented.
What we need to see from you
- 8 years experience in SAP FICO with S/4HANA implementation and support working experience
- Ability to analyze Customer Business Requirements Business scenarios and Business expectations and to handle with client at various levels of business hierarchy
- Well versed with SAP Fiori configuration
- Expertise in General Ledger Accounting (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Asset Accounting (AA) and Banking in FI in both classic and New GL concept
- Strong experience in Bank accounting especially in APP
- Expertise in Cost center and Profit Center accounting
- Experience in Taxation
- Experience in integration of FICO with primarily SD and MM modules and 3PL integration
