Roles and responsibilities:
- Lab Support Senior Engineer

What youll achieve
- As a Lab Support Senior Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining enterprise identity and access management solutions.
- This role ensures secure authentication authorization provisioning governance and protection of identities across applications infrastructure and cloud environment
You will:
- Ensure high availability resilience and performance of IAM services
- Manage and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including forests domains sites subnets and replication.
- Build secure authorization models including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and fine grained access policies
- Automate onboarding offboarding role assignments and access certification processes
- Guide application teams in integrating apps with enterprise IAM systems
- Integrate new applications into SSO platforms and perform end to end authentication testing
- Work with cloud infrastructure to align IAM practices with Zero Trust security models.

Essential Requirements:
- 4 8 years in IAM with hands on Okta and Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and Windows Server administration.
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles including authentication authorization federation RBAC/ABAC and identity lifecycle management and experience with modern identity platforms such as Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Okta and Ping Identity
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in virtual infrastructure design and enterprise IAM architecture.
- Ensured proactive communication timely ticket handling and clear documentation of issues risks and resolutions
Desirable Requirements
- Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator
Mandatory Skills:
- IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Active Directory & Group Policy (GPO)
- Windows Server DNS
- Okta (Good to have)
- Single Sign-On (SSO) / Single Sign-Off
- Azure AD MFA
Experience:
