Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in CRM modules including Sales Marketing and Field Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional design requirement analysis and client interaction with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and validate fitment within Dynamics 365
- Work on Dynamics CRM modules such as Sales Marketing and Field Services
- Perform configurations and support customizations in Dynamics 365
- Prepare detailed functional documentation including BRDs FRDs and user stories
- Conduct workshops and lead functional design discussions with business stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Ensure adherence to Dynamics 365 best practices and standards
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong functional knowledge of Sales Marketing and Field Service modules
- Experience in customizations and configurations
- Ability to analyze requirements and provide scalable solutions
- Strong documentation skills (BRD FRD process flows etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage expectations
- Experience in leading functional discussions and solution design
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices
