Your future duties and responsibilities:

It focuses on high-level development and implementation within the BMC Helix ecosystem particularly for SaaS environments.

Role Overview

. Designation: Senior Software Engineer (SSE) / Lead Analyst (LA)
. Experience: 68 years
. Locations: Chennai Bangalore or Hyderabad


Core Responsibilities

. End-to-End Implementation: Lead the implementation development and configuration of BMC Helix ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Asset Management and Service Request Management.
. ARS Platform Development: Utilize strong Action Request System (ARS) development skills to design and build complex custom applications forms and workflows using Developer Studio.
. SaaS Lifecycle Management: Manage Helix SaaS environments including the planning and execution of SaaS upgrade tests and post-upgrade validations to ensure system stability.
. Advanced Innovation: Develop and maintain service catalog items and workflows using Digital Workplace (DWP) DWP catalogue and Helix Innovation Studio for codeless and hybrid application building.
. CMDB & Data Modeling: Apply deep CMDB knowledge to manage normalization reconciliation and the Common Data Model (CDM) to ensure data integrity across the enterprise. Good to have Discovery Telecom Domain Knowledge Agiletest frameworks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Platforms: BMC Helix ARS (v9.x or higher) Helix Innovation Suite.
. Tools: DWP Advanced Smart IT Helix Dashboards and Atrium CMDB.
. Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Atrium Integrator/Spoon for third-party system connections.
. SaaS Ops: Experience handling automated and manual validation for Helix SaaS monthly/quarterly updates.
