The Group has also established an MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) facility in Gurugram to provide comprehensive avionics maintenance and repair services to Indian airlines and support the growth of the local aviation industry.Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development by designing developing and maintaining scalable backend services using Go and modern frontend applications using Angular ensuring high code quality performance and maintainability
- Drive software architecture consistency by applying best practices contributing to high-level system design and aligning with overall product and platform architecture
- Provide technical leadership by guiding developers conducting code reviews suggesting improvements and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams including product owners architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Contribute to product development and team setup by establishing technical foundations defining standards tools and best practices for future squads
- Support Agile delivery by participating in planning estimation and timely delivery of high-quality features
- Promote engineering excellence through clean code practices testing strategies CI/CD pipelines and DevOps adoption
- Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting knowledge sharing mentoring team members onboarding new hires and encouraging ownership and accountability
Experience- 14yrs15yrs
- Proficiency in Go (Golang) TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 SQL and Bash/Scripting
- Experience in software architecture including microservices event-driven architecture clean architecture REST APIs integration and resilience patterns
- Expertise in distributed systems and replicated databases
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and modern web technologies
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms & data structures with Big O notation
- Knowledge of operating systems networking system design API design scalability reliability and security
- Knowledge of web performance optimization responsive design WebRTC WebGL/WebGPU and REST client integration
- Understanding of caching mechanisms (Redis IndexedDB Local Storage) load balancing and latency reduction
- Strong experience in clean code code reviews and test-driven development (TDD)
- Familiarity with unit testing integration testing and documentation practices
- Experience with DevOps & SRE tools including CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Understanding of monitoring logging observability high availability and fault tolerance
