As our new Associate Sales Engineer CBS - North West & East India you will be driving sales of Commercial Building Services (CBS) solutions across North West & East India building strong customer relationships and providing technical guidance to support sustainable water technology adoption. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Building Services (CBS) India team youll create impact by Partnering with consultants contractors and end-users to deliver energy-efficient pumping solutions that contribute to sustainable water management across one of the worlds fastest-growing markets..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CBS products across the assigned territory in North West & East India
• Provide technical product selection support and prepare competitive proposals for HVAC water supply and pressure boosting applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants contractors OEMs and key end-users
• Conduct technical presentations product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and channel partners
• Collaborate with internal teams including application engineering marketing and customer service to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategy

What makes you a great fit

Above all you are a technically minded sales professional with a strong foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering eager to grow in a commercial role within the building services or pumping industry. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or a related engineering discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales application engineering or business development in HVAC plumbing or pumping systems
• Strong understanding of commercial building services applications such as water supply pressure boosting and HVAC systems
• Willingness to travel extensively across North West & East India

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience working with MEP consultants and contractors in the Indian building services market
• Familiarity with Grundfos or similar pump product portfolios and selection tools
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce

Youll also be available for travelling up to 120 days per year.
