Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations (GL AP AR FA CM Tax and other sub-ledger modules).
• Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.
• Manage a team of functional consultants guide them through design build testing and deployment phases.
• Oversee integration data migration and testing activities across modules and with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical integration and reporting leads.
• Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with timeline scope and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all finance functional-related matters.
• Provide post-go-live support issue resolution and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with business processes SOX and audit requirements.

Key skills required

• Bachelors or Masters degree or related fields.

• Knowledge of Tax is good to have. Must be good in Accounting
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and test reports (OTBI/BIP) integrations (OIC) and workflows.
• Document business requirements solution designs and configurations.
• Develop and execute test scripts and perform functional testing.
• Troubleshoot system issues perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with data conversion and functional setups.
• Required skills and experience
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
• Experience with data conversion functional setups and end-to-end process flows.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills
