Job Summary
- Perform metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS.
- Handle sample preparation processing and LC-MS/MS instrument operations.
- Develop and optimize LC-MS/MS methods using Q-Trap detector.
- Interpret LC-MS/MS data to propose metabolite structures and product ions.
- Conduct impurity profiling and structural elucidation when required.
- Record raw data perform data acquisition compilation analysis and interpretation.
Qualifications :
Masters in Chemistry / PhD
Additional Information :
- Hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS analysis and method development.
- Knowledge of metabolite identification and structure determination.
- Understanding of livestock metabolism Plant metabolism E-fate studies.
