Job Title: E-commerce Analyst

Experience: 5 Years

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Working hours: 3.00 PM to 12.00 AM IST (Transportation Provided)

Clean Harbors is looking for an e-Commerce Analyst to join the E-commerce Operations Team. This role will be based out of Bangalore India within the GCC organization.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring high-quality customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms by performing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validating enhancements and supporting digital experience optimization initiatives.

You will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst Product Owners (IT) Development teams and Business stakeholders to validate functionality ensure data accuracy and enhance the overall digital customer journey.

This individual will act as a quality gatekeeper for customer experience ensuring that all features enhancements and releases meet business expectations and deliver a seamless optimized user journey.



Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple e-commerce websites including front-end backend/downstream systems and integrations.
  • Validate customer journeys including product discovery search navigation cart checkout and post-purchase flows.
  • Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios aligned with business requirements and customer experience goals.
  • Identify log track and validate defects and issues ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Support the Senior Business Analyst in project and enhancement testing validation and release readiness.
  • Perform UAT for new projects features and enhancements ensuring alignment with business requirements and UX expectations.
  • Validate data tracking and analytics implementation including GA4 events tagging and reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct basic SEO validations such as metadata indexing redirects and page structure to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Analyse customer behavior and experience insights using analytics tools to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Product Marketing and Analytics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support release validation and post-production checks ensuring smooth deployment and minimal customer impact.
  • Assist in process documentation test documentation and UAT best practices.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience usability and conversion rates.

Key Priorities:

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure all digital touchpoints deliver a seamless intuitive and high-quality user experience.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive thorough UAT execution across platforms ensuring defect-free releases and business alignment.
  • Project & Enhancement Support: Support Sr. BA in validating requirements and ensuring successful implementation of projects and enhancements.
  • Analytics & Data Validation: Ensure accuracy of tracking mechanisms (GA4 events tags) and validate customer interaction data.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT Product Owners Marketing and Business teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in customer journeys and recommend enhancements to improve usability and conversions.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in E-commerce UAT or Digital Customer Experience roles
  • Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across web platforms
  • Understanding of e-commerce workflows and customer journeys
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of web analytics tools (GA4 preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and validation techniques
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Magento Salesforce etc.) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to understand front-end and downstream system dependencies
  • Experience in test case creation defect tracking and release validation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and focus on quality
